Meet Our Team


Arron Bennett

Owner & CEO

Arron plays a major role in client acquisition, as well as planning, implementation, managing and running of all the finance activities for his clients, including business planning, budgeting, forecasting and negotiations.

Prior to becoming an entrepreneur he led an impressive career, helping over 600 businesses remain profitable by optimizing their cash flows, decreasing their tax liability, and properly organizing and analyzing their financial data.

In his spare time, Arron mentors start up entrepreneurs in accounting at GigLoft, a non-profit organization. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Swinburne University and is a certified Profit First Professional.

Mike Burnett

Tax Manager

Mike has been in the accounting field for nearly 15 years. Prior to his accounting journey, he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Meteorology, with a minor in both Physics and Mathematics.

He continued his education, eventually earning a double master’s in both Business Administration and Accounting. He was also an  adjunct professor for business and accounting at Pensacola State College for 4 years.

He’s been an enrolled agent since 2013, and has public accounting experience doing financial and 401(k) audits, tax preparation, and more.

Team Manager

Megan is a co-owner of Bennett Financials and joins the team with over 10 years of supervisory management experience.

An expert in efficiency and organization, Megan streamlines client communication, reporting, and all internal processes to ensure productivity and client satisfaction.

Megan earned a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Tennessee, is altruistic and a future world-changer.

Adam Harmon

Junior CFO

Adam is a certified Profit First Professional. He joined Bennett Financials in 2021 as our Junior CFO and Tax Planner, and brings a variety of financial experience to the team.

Prior to joining Bennett Financials, Adam worked extensively in the housing and real estate markets.

Adam has multiple degrees in Security Engineering, Sociology, and Criminal Justice. 

Joseph C. Detrow


Joe joins the team with over 14 years of financial management and accounting experience.

He is experienced in multiple facets of business taxation, including payroll and benefits, commercial activity, sales, property, and business activity in multiple states.

Joe not only serves as a CPA for Bennett Financials, but also as a resource for our clients in the areas of financial reporting, planning, budgeting, analysis, and forecasting.

Jela Marie Felismino

Accounting Manager

Jela is experienced in all facets of accounting services and bookkeeping management,  including accounts receivable, accounts payable, entry recording, processing payments, preparing financial statements, and performing monthly reconciliations. 

We are delighted to have her on the team, and are confident that our clients will appreciate her attention to detail and friendly demeanor.


Abrielle Louwe Pimentel

Client Support Specialist

Abrielle joins our team as a client support specialist with over 10 years of experience addressing customer requests and concerns.

He is a proactive resolution expert who is upbeat, energetic, and resourceful, and we’re delighted to have him on our team.

Abrielle has Bachelor of Science degrees in both Information Technology and Physical Therapy.

Vincent Mejia


Vincent has over 6 years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting. He holds certifications as both a Xero Proadvisor and for Quickbooks International. 

He is a dedicated and detail-oriented bookkeeper, skilled in analyzing accounts, preparing financial reports and account reconciliation, all while meeting tight deadlines.

Vincent holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and has attained a CPA license in the Philippines.

Reshell Jane Dionio


Reshell is an accounting professional with over 4 years of solid work experience in service-based companies.

She is a Quickbooks Online expert with a specific talent for handling general accounting for small to medium US enterprises.

Reshell holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and has attained a CPA license in the Philippines.

Nelia Tomas


Nelia is a highly experienced accounting and bookkeeping professional for many different types of businesses; large, small, and even non-profit. 

She holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Bachelor of Science degrees in both Accounting and Political Science, and a certification as a teacher.

Nelia also holds her CPA license in the Philippines. 

Chloe Underwood

Administrative Assistant

If you follow us at all on social media, then you’ll recognize Chloe from our video content on TikTok and Instagram. She also joins the team as our Administrative Assistant. 

Chloe is experienced in all facets of customer service and organizational  administration. She’s creative, tech-savvy, and mom to Rover, our feisty (but cute) reptile TikTok mascot.
